I am Rashmi Kaushik, working as a blogger, Software Consultant and Subject Matter Expert in Cynoteck Technology Solutions Ltd.. Although, I did my graduation and post graduation in the field of medical Science but as destiny wanted, I got my first career break in an IT company and due to some unavoidable circumstances, unwillingly I accepted the role. After a decade, I feel blessed and thankful that destiny favored me and gave me the kind of opportunity that I could never ever had imagined. I believe hard work, dedication, willingness, desire to succeed, and determination are the collective keys that can open the lock of success. I have managed to successfully establish my career in an IT field and I am always ready to take the initiative for the work that I find challenging. I have been multitasking in my organization and enhancing my skills with each passing day. As IT industry is an ever evolving industry and one need to keep the skill updated to survive in this industry. Therefore, I try to keep myself updated through various modes like learning new technologies, getting certified that enhance my learnings, attending webinars and participate in the ongoing workshops. I am MB-200: Microsoft Power Platform + Dynamics 365 Core certified. I also posses strong expertise in AWS cloud based technology and is a certified AWS Solutions Architect and Developer
