Mailchimp is an email marketing tool for small and large businesses 

Mailchimp is software that lets you stay in touch with groups of people via email. Using MailChimp, a person or a business can send one email to several people at one time. MailChimp is utilized by all businesses irrespective of size, non-profit, and other individuals, the email that gets sent can later be monitored by the sender. 

Some things you can find out about an email you send via MailChimp are:

• How many times the email was opened by each person.
• Which links inside the email were clicked?

Mailchimp Integration with Dynamics 365

Mailchimp integration with Dynamics 365 with help of power-Mailchimp

Following are the steps:

1. Click Here to download the latest power-Mailchimp solution from power Object or you can go directly with URL https://powerobjects.com/powerpack-add-ons/. 

2. Second way go with URL for power Mailchimp solution. https://powerobjects.com/powerpacks/powermailchimp/

After successfully downloading the solution.

3. Then Import the solution into the Dynamics 365 environment.

After successfully import the solution in Dynamics 365.

4. Then go to the power MailChimp App.

Then click on the power MailChimp App and enter into the app.

5. After successfully entering the app then start the configuration.

After you have imported the Power MailChimp solution, open the Power MailChimp configuration page by navigating to advanced settings-->settings-->solutions-->Power MailChimp. 

• Authenticating Power MailChimp

Configuring Power MailChimp using a server-to-server authentication 

Please check this blog for instructions on how to set up the server-to-server authentication. Then, navigate to the Power MailChimp configuration page authentication tab, and select (server-to-server) as your authentication method. Add your App ID, App Secret, and Tenant ID, and click on {save}. 

Find the API Key from Mailchimp Account for Integration.

Step to Create a new API key

After filling all required information, click the “SAVE” button and after that, click on the “Test Credentials” button. 

Successfully integrated Mail Chimp with Dynamics 365 and it’s ready to use.
