The workplace today has become so stressful that maintaining a healthy work-life balance has become a major challenge. This results in employees getting easily stressed out and losing focus on their work. People working in different organizations find it hard to make time for participating in community involvement, spirituality, personal growth, self-care, and a variety of other activities.
Keeping work-life Balance and overall fitness in mind, Cynoteck came up with a sports event, organizing the very first CPL for Women in which all women working at Cynoteck participated enthusiastically. Cricket has always been a great sport since it acts as a wonderful team-building activity for employees.
The Women CPL Tournament commenced on 14th July 2022 and ended on 18th July 2022. Initially, there were three teams of 6 players each and the Final Match was held between the best two. All CPL matches were conducted at Kickflix Dehradun in a well and systematic manner. The management chose CricHeroes Application for the live scoring. The final match went Live on YouTube @ CricHeroes Streaming. The Women’s CPL turned out to be a very successful event where each player of every team gave their best by representing their sportsman spirit and teamwork.
Overall, it was an amazing event to watch, with everyone enjoying, cheering, and motivating their teams to do their very best.

The Cynoteck Premier League is a private cricket league founded by Cynoteck to maintain a work-life balance in the organization. Cynoteck promotes such sports activities so that the employees can stay fit, feel happy and work more efficiently.
