Cynoteck Initiated Funday Saturdays to maintain Work-Life Balance in the Organization

Today no one wants to stay in a stressful environment. Work culture followed by a company can make or break a business, so it needs to be cultivated carefully and must resonate emotionally with employees to make a company thrive together.  

We believe that a culture carefully built and nurtured is the key to long-term success. With an understanding of what impact a non-work activity has and its significant role in how you are perceived at work, we have made extracurricular activities like different sports and fitness activities an integral part of our employee's development rather than only an activity or education. 

Considering the stress and work pressure that employees experience, we've made the first Saturday of every month a team building day where everyone can interact and get to know each other better.

Each first Saturday of the month, we organize a variety of activities for employees to relax and have fun, while working on aspects like stress management, fitness, having fun, and learning. Accordingly, this first Saturday, Cynoteck held a variety of games such as Balloon Race, War of Balloons, Lemon Race, Pyramid Race, Grab the Cup Challenge followed by Blind Drawing, Dumb Charades and Pushup Challenges among all employees. This event was a great team building experience for Cynoteck's employees.

As part of the fun-filled day of games, we conducted different team activities, venue, food, and other aspects to ensure that our employees have a memorable experience. We are happy to say that this once-in-a-month activity acts as an Energy Booster, as it encourages the productivity of employees with team building and support. 

Mr. Udit Handa, the CEO of Cynoteck Technology Solutions Pvt Limited, is a keen sportsman who enjoys taking part in every event or game that we organize, whether it is an indoor or outdoor activity such as cricket matches, yoga sessions, or team building activities. Employees love to participate with him while learning new ways of working and tackling different challenges together. His new ideas and concepts of sports spirit, motivational games for teams, problem-solving activities, and group initiatives nurture a sense of pride within the organization.

Cynoteck has a decade of experience managing sports events and other extracurricular activities, and is able to organize and execute corporate sports and games events with ease. By implementing sports and other team-building activities we are able to reach a new audience and align our brand with a healthy lifestyle, creating high employee engagement and enhancing professional relationships. We always keep programs relevant to employees' actual requirements/needs to make sure that no one is stressed out and frustrated, and happily works at his/her full potential. Adopting this type of mindset and new processes for organizational change make people work with us for the long-term while growing together, without any need to need to shift to other metro cities.
