Intending to better and enhance the working environment and boost productivity, Cynoteck conducted a Cubicle Decoration Competition within the organization.
It is said that an aura or the environment of any place plays an important role as it is our human nature to feel better when our surroundings are neat, clean as well as organized. Cynoteck is home to many of the employees who spend a large part of their day at the office. Just like everyone is keen to keep their homes clean and well-organized similarly it is important to keep our workplace as well as the workstation well organized and systematic.
With the view of this contest, everyone decorated their cubicles and bays very nicely. On the final day of Judgement, the judges were surprised by the creativity of each employee. The awards were given based on the Best Decorated Bay and the Best Cubicle from each Bay. The Disbursement of INR 100 has been given along with the salaries of each employee.
The outcome of organizing this contest has been fruitful for everyone at Cynoteck as everyone gave their best and came out with innovative ideas to make their cubicles well-presented and organized.
