Cancellation Policy
- Either party may terminate the Services by giving a 1-month notice to that effect at any time.
Refund Policy
- For TnM services, we have a no refund policy since the bill is raised after the services have been provided
- For fixed bid contracts where an advance payment was released but the project results in a dispute or cancelation, we refund payments after adjusting our efforts and administrative costs
