The client is a licensed manufacturer of Cannabis devices and edible products in the United States of America.
The client used LeafLink CRM for its sales process, Expensify for expense management and QuickBooks for financial functions, making business reporting and management a nightmare. As a result, the client urgently required a solution to centralize the processes.
Following a phased approach for migration to a new platform, the team integrated LeafLink via a customized solution with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (DBC).
Configured Dynamics Business Central Essential and Premium setups.
Created LeafLink and Metric dependency via DBC extension.
Managed Bi-Directional data flow between LeafLink and DBC.
Integrated QuickBooks and Expensify to DBC, and configured Power BI to facilitate real-time expenses and revenue information through reports.
