The business needed to create a separate folder in Box automatically for each Work Order. To provide necessary access to the Box groups on the Box Folders being created, and access to box folders from right within Work Order records in Salesforce.

Used Box REST APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) to create folder in box.

Installed an app in the Org named "Box for Salesforce" which enables Salesforce users to easily share, access, and manage box files within Salesforce.

Provided the ability to collaborate and share folders/files with customers outside of Salesforce org.
