The client struggled due to the lack of a centralized system in managing various business processes. In addition, their manual banking made the process even more erroneous and time-consuming. They were using QuickBooks for their financial functions insufficiently due to the lack of streamlined sales, manufacturing, and production processes.
Solution Delivered
Cynoteck developed a solution for Dynamics NAV, including NAV specific customizations and integrations for external systems.
Purchases, payables, sales, and receivables were set up, and Human Resources and Warehousing modules were also configured
Linked bank and bank reconciliation in Dynamics NAV to minimize manual activity
Integrated third-party tool ‘Quick Books data migration’ to migrate data from Quick Books to the newly developed NAV solution
Identified automation opportunities with the client and implemented the required features
