Challenge
  • The client faced challenges in managing detailed information across different product categories, including food items, groceries, and retail merchandise.
  • They needed a more efficient and user-friendly solution to manage product details for merchants handling various item categories and inventory types.
  • The client was looking for an integrated system that could calculate costs accurately and automatically generate customer rewards based on their buying behavior.

  • Our team updated the existing depreciated library in order to provide real-time information to the merchants and the customers as well, regarding their orders. 

  • To provide a better user experience, our experts changed the User Interface (UI) according to the requirements.

  • Our experts changed the existing XML API response to JSON with newly updated fields.
