Solgari was using different channels to communicate with their clients. They wanted an integrated solution within Dynamics CRM 365 to initiate all communication without leaving the CRM.
Cynoteck proposed implementation of Asp.net core web app to manage inbound and outbound call, sms, chat records and the overall design and flow of the web app in an optimized manner to meet business requirement. Twilio was used as a communication channel. Channel Integration Framework CIF was used to build the web widget.
This ensured that overall release time is minimal. The application was launched within 4 -5 weeks. This introduced features like:-
