The client is a health and well-being startup with a mission to promote a healthy and active lifestyle. They organize a wide range of fitness events, such as marathons, cyclothons, and bike rallies, providing a platform for individuals to engage in sports and wellness activities.
The client aimed to develop a platform for fitness event organizers to streamline the management and promotion of their events. The solution was also required for runners and other fitness enthusiasts to book and manage their bookings.
Leveraging our expertise, we created an online event management portal designed to address the client’s challenges. Our solution included following functionalities:
Access Control: Implemented different dashboards for platform owners and organizers for checking their activities, from where they can get all the history of the events that have been organized.
Organizer Access: Organizers can access the platform, register themselves, after authentication, and can create events as per their needs.
Participant: Participant can access the platform, select the event, fill in the details for registration, and join an event with ease.
Cynoteck delivered a fully operational online portal for managing events, resulting in the following significant positive outcomes for the client:
Simplified Event Management: Reduced administrative overhead, allowing organizers to focus more on event execution.
Economical: Previously, the client paid for third-party services for event management, limiting their ability to focus on their own events. With these costs now saved, they can reinvest in and expand their event offerings.

Scalability: Easily adaptable for future enhancements, dynamic form functionality implemented where client can change the fields of registration form according to the event types, ensuring long-term stability and value.
