Saurabh Bhatt

Saurabh is currently heading the Human Resource team at Cynoteck Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd., with more than 11 years of professional human resource experience. He is passionate about building strategies and initiatives and focused on solving business and people challenges. He is strong as a practitioner in employee selection and assessment, talent management, and organizational development. He provides counsel and support to internal and external stakeholders to help them achieve strategic and operational goals while mitigating risk. Along with strong business acumen, his comprehensive background in HR management, recruitment, retention, compensation, employee relations, and policy interpretation has resulted in strong and trusting relationships within and outside the organization. When he is not working solving challenges, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, sometimes taking time away from the hustle of city life and hiking, exploring nature, and working towards Animal Welfare, Environment, and driving other social initiatives. Saurabh is a commerce graduate and earned his master’s in business administration from the ISB&M Bangalore campus.
