We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Marketing professional for leading the Marketing function globally for Cynoteck. The position needs to provide marketing leadership to the company and will be responsible for setting up and leading a marketing team, designing and executing comprehensive marketing strategy in alignment with company's branding and business goals. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in with marketing in IT services industry, a proven track record of building and executing successful marketing strategies with a deep understanding of various marketing channels and generating ROI from those channels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategy for Cynoteck's service offerings in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.

Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and visual representation across all marketing channels.

Regularly review the progress and outputs and make data driven adjustments to marketing strategy and plan as needed.

Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape ensuring an up-to-date, contextual and effective marketing strategy for the region.

Oversee the digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO, SEM, email marketing and social media campaigns.

Data-driven optimization of digital marketing strategy for lead generation and customer acquisition.

Collaborate with content creation creators to develop high quality, engaging content for various platforms, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies and videos.

Develop and implement lead generation strategies to acquire new customers and nurture existing leads through effective marketing automation and CRM tools.

Create and manage marketing budgets for the company with the right ROI.

Own the execution and outcomes for campaigns across branding and business growth through advertising across multiple channels.

Drive the right social media strategy aligned with branding vision and goals of Cynoteck.

Report regularly to leadership on the progress and effectiveness and results of marketing plans with relevant insights and action items.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, setting clear goals and providing guidance to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, Master's degree is a plus.

Proven experience of minimum 8 years in a marketing role in IT services industry, especially targeting the US market.

Strong knowledge of IT products and services.

Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing and social media.

Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM software.
