As a Sales lead you will be responsible for generating and obtaining new business opportunities for our Salesforce offerings. Your primary focus will be on generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and closing deals to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:  

Lead Generation: Proactively identify and target potential clients through various channels including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve new business acquisition targets.

Cultivate and maintain strong executive-level relationships with clients and partners to establish Cynoteck as a trusted partner.

Strategize, prioritise and work collaboratively with the inside sales team to build healthy leads and opportunity pipeline.

Solution Presentation: Present Salesforce solutions and demonstrate their value to potential clients, tailoring presentations to address specific business needs and challenges.

Maintain an accurate and robust sales pipeline for outbound prospecting.

Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring that contractual terms are mutually beneficial and aligned with company policies.

Strategize, prioritise and work collaboratively with the inside sales team to build healthy leads and opportunity pipeline.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecast projections using Salesforce CRM.

 

Requirements:  

Experience: 4 - 6 years of proven sales experience in selling Salesforce solutions or other enterprise software. Experience in a hunter role with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of Salesforce products, services, and the CRM landscape. Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem and its value proposition.

Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Relevant Salesforce certifications are a plus.

Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to sales.
